2. Personal data we collect
Depending on the Service requested, we may collect the following categories of personal data:
- Identification data: full name, date of birth, nationality, government identification numbers where required for the application;
- Contact data: email address, telephone number, postal address;
- Application data: documents and information required for the specific government application (e.g. proof of eligibility, supporting documentation);
- Payment data: billing information processed by our payment providers (we do not store full payment card details);
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, cookies and similar technologies;
- Communications: records of correspondence between you and MANI.
3. Purposes and legal basis for processing
- Performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): to deliver the intermediary Services you have requested.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): to comply with tax, accounting and anti-fraud obligations.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): to operate, secure and improve our Services and to prevent abuse.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): for non-essential cookies, marketing communications, and any optional processing.
4. Sharing of personal data
We share personal data only where necessary, with the following categories of recipients:
- Payment processors, including Trust Payments and other regulated providers, for the secure processing of payments.
- Virtual assistants and service partners acting as data processors under written agreements that comply with Art. 28 GDPR.
- Government bodies and official institutions as strictly required to deliver the Service the Customer has requested.
- Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants, auditors) under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities where we are legally required to disclose data.
5. International data transfers
As MANI operates a global network, personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the Commission, supplemented where necessary by additional technical and organisational measures.
6. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.
- Customer account and application records: typically 7 years after the end of the customer relationship, in line with Dutch tax law.
- Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn.
- Website analytics: typically up to 26 months.

You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Right of access — to obtain confirmation of and a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — subject to legal retention obligations.
