Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided by MANI B.V., a private limited company registered in the Netherlands under registration number 93986858, with its registered office at Arnhemseweg 2, 3817CH Amersfoort, The Netherlands ("MANI", "we", "us" or "our").

In these Terms: "Customer" means any natural or legal person who uses our services; "Services" means the intermediary services provided through MANI's network of websites; "Website(s)" means any website operated by MANI; "Government Body" means any government, governmental agency, ministry or official institution.

MANI is an independent private intermediary service provider. MANI is not a Government Body and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any Government Body or official institution.

MANI B.V. and its network of websites provide intermediary services to assist individuals with government-related applications and processes. We act as a paid intermediary and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government body or official institution.

Our Services may include: providing information about government processes; reviewing customer-supplied documents and information; preparing and submitting applications on the customer's behalf; communicating with the customer throughout the application process; and providing customer support in local languages.

The Customer acknowledges that the same applications can typically be made directly with the relevant Government Body, often free of charge or for the standard official fee. By using our Services, the Customer chooses to pay for our intermediary assistance.

The total cost of our intermediary service is clearly displayed on the relevant Website before the Customer completes any purchase. All prices include VAT where applicable.

Where official Government Body fees apply in addition to our service fee, this is disclosed on the relevant Website. Government fees may be either (i) paid by the Customer directly to the Government Body, or (ii) included in the total price and forwarded by us to the Government Body — the applicable arrangement is specified at point of sale.

Payment is processed by regulated third-party payment providers. By submitting a payment, the Customer confirms that they are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Customers who are consumers within the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving reasons, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

Where the Customer has expressly requested that we begin performance of the Service during the withdrawal period, the Customer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once the Service has been fully performed. If the Service is partially performed at the time of withdrawal, the Customer shall pay an amount proportional to what has been provided.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform us by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email to info@mani-services.com) before the 14-day period expires.

Refunds are issued in the following circumstances: (i) where the Customer validly exercises the statutory right of withdrawal and the Service has not yet commenced; (ii) where MANI is unable to deliver the Service due to reasons within our control; or (iii) where required by applicable law.

Where the application has been submitted to the Government Body, no refund of the official fee is possible once it has been received and processed by the Government Body. The MANI intermediary service fee is non-refundable once the application has been prepared and submitted.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 14 days of acceptance of the refund request.

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information. MANI is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the Customer.

The Customer warrants that they are legally entitled to apply for the service or document in question, and that all documents supplied are genuine.

MANI provides intermediary assistance and cannot guarantee any specific outcome from a Government Body. The decision to grant, refuse or otherwise act upon any application rests solely with the relevant Government Body.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MANI's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the specific Service to which the claim relates. MANI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

All content on MANI Websites — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images and software — is the property of MANI B.V. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No part of the Websites may be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our prior written consent.

The processing of personal data by MANI is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using our Services, the Customer acknowledges and accepts the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Utrecht, The Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that grant consumers the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
